Viewing your order history is an easy way to track all your purchases with PuraVita. Below is a detailed guide on how to access your order history.

How to View Order History?

  1. Go to the "My Account" section: After logging in, click on your name in the top right corner of the page, then select "My Account" from the dropdown menu.

  2. Go to the "Orders" section: In the "My Account" section, you will find the "Orders" section. Click on it to see a list of your orders.

  3. Browse Order History: In the "Orders" section, you will see all your previous orders, along with their statuses, dates, and details. Click on a specific order to see more information.

How to Check Order Status?

Each order in your history will have a status indicating its current state, such as "Processing", "Shipped", "Delivered", etc. Click on the order to view details and shipment status.

What to Do If I Don’t See My Order?

If you don't see your order in the history:

  • Ensure you are logged into the correct account.

  • Check if the order was placed using the same email address.

  • Contact our customer support team if the problem persists.
