Step 1: Use the Automated Return Form
The simplest way to start the return process is by using our automated return form. We encourage you to use this option as we care about the environment and aim to reduce paper usage. By using the automated form, you do not need to print any additional documents.
Click the chat icon on our website: In the bottom right corner of the page, you will find the chat icon. Click it to open the chat.
In the "Create a Ticket" section, select "Make a Return": On the main chat screen, you will find the "Create a Ticket" section. Select the "Make a Return" option.
Fill out the automated return form: Provide all the required information in our return form and submit it.
By using the automated return form, you do not need to fill out a paper return form.
It is important that the sender's details on the package match those of the person filling out the return form.
Alternative: Contact Customer Service
If you do not wish to use the automated return form, you will need to contact our customer service department. You can do this in two ways:
Email: Send a message to [email protected]. Include your contact details and order number in the email.
Chat on the website: Use the chat option available on our website. Our customer service team will respond to your questions and assist you with the return process.
After indicating your desire to return a product, customer service will send you a return form, which you need to print, fill out, and include with your return shipment.

If you chose to contact customer service and received a paper return form, fill it out accurately, providing all the required information such as:

Reason for Return
Include the completed form in the package with the product you wish to return.
Step 2: Packing and Shipping
Securely pack the product using the original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transport. Ensure that all labels and tags are intact.

Step 3: Return Confirmation
After receiving your package, our team will process the return within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your package and the initiation of the refund process. The refund will be issued within 14 business days from the date of receiving the package.
