To be accepted, a return must meet the following criteria:

Unaltered Condition: Due to the nature of our products, the item must be in unaltered condition, which means it cannot be used or opened.

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, which must not be damaged or destroyed.

Intact Labels and Tags: All labels and tags must be intact and in their original place.

We do not accept returns for the following products:

Opened or Used Products: Due to the nature of our products, items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Personalized Products: Custom-made products that have been personalized at the customer’s request are also not eligible for return.
